Over 4 months we will create a health vision, roadmap, and learn the skills & habits to implement sustainable lifestyle changes to achieve your ideal balance of body image, health & strength through coaching, worksheets & assessments.
Each week you will have access to group sessions to build community, learn from others and get additional personalized coaching. These sessions are education, peer support & hot seat coaching.

Yes, this is all online and is available throughout the US and english speaking countries. Zoom meetings will align with PacificTime daytime hours.
No. For some women, this is helpful when they get started, but there are many other options to see where you are at a given point in time.
No. I do provide an option for strength workouts and general workout planning, however, those are optional. Our goal is to find something you enjoy and want to maintain.
You will have access to an app to ask questions, enter journal entries to discuss at our bi-weekly sessions or weekly group sessions and several worksheets and tools to support your progress between session.
