Hey There! I'm Leigh.

Google, copying friends jumping from spin class, to bootcamp to running club, while pursuing a growing career. A treadmill of should-dos that never feel like enough.

It (kind of) worked for my stage of life. 

Then I got pregnant and my career continued to grow. What used to work no longer worked.

Everything felt hard, I wasn’t getting stronger or faster or fitter. The only answer I could think of was to do more, harder, which wasn’t going to work with less time. Less flexibility.

I simply didn’t have the bandwidth or energy to do what I was doing before. I needed efficiency, I needed direction and I needed something I was excited about and knew I could do.

I found coaching, my team, and it worked But I saw too many women drop off, and never pick it back up again, all while asking "how do you do it all?"

My goal is to change that. To make a healthy lifestyle that balances career, personal and family life, achievable, fulfilling and empowering. And fun

I was ready. I wanted more.
I wanted results, but I wasn't getting them.
I had no support. 
I needed a new approach. You do, too.
